- Contact information: name, email address, billing and mailing address, and mobile phone number (used for account verification, security, and authentication SMS, and — where you opt in — for marketing messages).
- Profile data: username, password, wallet address (if applicable), social media handles, other data you add to your account.

- Transactional data: purchase, sale, or trade history, order details, amounts, fees, product items.
- User-generated content: images, videos, comments, reviews, metadata (e.g., timestamps, geolocation, device info).
- Financial data: wallet addresses, payment method identifiers, royalties, fees, or other payment-related data.

We may supplement personal information from:

This restriction applies to all of our text-messaging programs.
4. Your Choices & Rights
- Access, update, or delete: View, correct, or request deletion of your personal data via account settings or by contacting us.
- Opt out of marketing email: Unsubscribe via the link in any marketing email, or contact us.
- Opt out of marketing SMS: Reply STOP to any marketing SMS we send to opt out of further marketing messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@clutchpacks.io. To opt out of marketing SMS while continuing to receive account verification and security messages, toggle the marketing SMS preference off in your account settings rather than replying STOP.
- Cookie preferences: Most browsers allow you to reject or disable cookies, though some Service features may not function correctly.
- Do Not Track: We currently do not respond to browser DNT signals.
- Refusing to provide data: If you refuse required information, we may be unable to provide or maintain your account.
- Third-party connections: If you linked a third-party account, you can revoke that access; existing collected data may remain.
5. SMS / Text Message Communications
We operate two SMS programs through our messaging provider:
a. Account Verification (transactional)
By providing your mobile phone number during registration, you consent to receive one-time passcode (OTP), account verification, security, and authentication messages from ClutchPacks. Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
b. Marketing / Promotional (opt-in only)
Marketing SMS is off by default. If you opt in during registration or in your account settings, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from ClutchPacks at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the Service. Message frequency varies.
ClutchPacks may use separate phone numbers, short codes, or messaging channels for account verification and marketing messages.
Opting out (STOP) and help (HELP). You may reply STOP to any marketing SMS we send to opt out of further marketing messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@clutchpacks.io. To opt out of marketing SMS while continuing to receive account verification and security messages, toggle the marketing SMS preference off in your account settings rather than replying STOP.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
Carriers and delivery.Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery is subject to your carrier's coverage and message-handling capabilities. SMS service is available in the United States via supported carriers; availability may vary by carrier and region.
No sharing. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in or consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See Section 3.
6. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and using secure devices.
7. International Transfers
Your data may be stored and processed outside your country, including in jurisdictions with different privacy laws. We take steps to ensure appropriate protections, such as standard contractual clauses or other legal mechanisms.
8. Children and Age Limits
The Service is not intended for children under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without parental consent. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are material, we will notify you via email or an in-Service notice. The updated policy will have a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
